Women’s Month Acoustic Showcase
Event description
Come celebrate Women's Month with a local lineup of women singer-songwriters in support of Serenity House, a drop-in center for women and queer people.
Rachel Reale is the kind of singer/songwriter who isn’t afraid to tell it like it is. Inspired by artists like Fiona Apple and Lana Del Rey, her music is lyrically driven, with her strong, assured voice at the forefront of her sound. Her alternative baroque-pop sound paints a colorful image of an expansive, vivid inside world. Rachel uses her music to capture the sound of the human experience- a passionate, delicate, contemplative and wildly emotional thing. Rachel’s latest single, “The Real World,” was released in May.

Eliora is a fairy princess of indie pop, blending poetic playfulness, raw passion,& quirky soundscapes. Since seventeen she has been independently writing, recording, & producing from her bedroom. Her previous release, butterflies turn into stomach bugs, captured the bittersweet chaos of delusional heartbreak. Now, her new EP, candy hearts, is a love (hate) letter to the triumphs & defeats, the epic highs & lows of dating in college. It’s a heartfelt soundtrack for girls navigating their own love stories.
