In Naked Awakening, we gather to undress with intention, not just our clothes, but the layers of shame, self-doubt, and old stories that keep us "safe" and guarded. In this sacred space, you are invited to trust your body, your breath, and the presence of sisterhood, as you remember the truth of who you are: radiant, worthy, magnetic.

Through the liberating practice of nude yoga, meditation, breathwork and embodied ritual, you’ll re-learn to trust yourself, life and others. This is your invitation to release control and rest into trust: moving from blocking love, controlling everything and trying to be perfect...to trusting your body as wise and worthy, surrendering the need to control and trusting love again.

You will soften the walls that keep love, pleasure and support at a distance.

When we surrender, we return to the feminine way...receptive, magnetic, and abundant. Trusting life to hold us, we open to receive with grace. This ceremony is an invitation to lay down what feels heavy and step into the ease of being nourished, supported, and adored.

What you can expect:

3.5 hour container held by facilitator with over 10 years experience holding these transformational spaces

Gentle nude yin yoga practice and pranayama
Sharing circle to share openly and vulnerably in sisterhood

Expect candlelit ritual, body love, and a replenishing evening of trust and surrender - a homecoming to your worthiness to receive love, pleasure, and abundance.

Please bring:

– 2 x towels (towels to rent at studio if you forget)
– Yoga mat (if you have one)
– Sarong or robe to disrobe into and start wearing
– Journal & pen
– Water bottle

This workshop is open to women and vulva-owners of all shapes, sizes, ages & backgrounds. No yoga experience needed. Come exactly as you are - ready to receive, refill your cup, and surrender into your radiance.
