WOMEN’S RED TENT • OCEAN SHORES

The Red Tent is a warm and welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself.

Rooted in the ancient tradition of Women gathering in circle, this is a place for connection, reflection, rest, and honest conversation. A space where you don’t have to hold everything alone.

Together we sit, share, listen, laugh, soften, and reconnect with ourselves and each other in an intimate setting. There is no pressure to be anything other than who you are that day.

These evenings are about creating steadier inner foundations, caring for the nervous system, and remembering the importance of community, support, and being witnessed in our real experience.

Whether you are feeling full, overwhelmed, tender, disconnected, in transition, or simply needing time for yourself, you are welcome here.

I hold these spaces as a somatic therapist, intimacy coach, and shamanic practitioner with over twelve years of experience in somatic and ancestral healing work. My approach is grounded, relational, and deeply respectful of the body’s pace and wisdom.

This is not about fixing yourself. It is about creating space to listen more deeply to yourself in the company of other women, in a small intimate setting.

ABOUT DEBORAH WOLF

Deborah Wolf is a somatic therapist and somatic sex and intimacy coach working with individuals and couples.

Her work is grounded in nervous system awareness, attachment and parts informed practice, alongside more than 12 years of deep training and exploration in shamanic, ancestral and embodied practices.

Deborah’s work is also deeply informed by the feminine. For more than a decade, she has held Red Tents, women’s circles and spaces devoted to women’s connection, embodiment, expression and personal transformation. This long standing work with women and the deep feminine continues to shape the way she understands the body, relationships, identity and change.

She supports people who may already have considerable insight and self awareness, but still notice patterns living in the body or their relationships that have not shifted through talking alone.

Deborah works gently, relationally and with care, creating spaces where safety, consent, honesty and choice come first. Her approach is not about pushing for outcomes or trying to “fix” people, but about supporting lasting change through a deeper connection to self, body and relationship.
