Join Shaun for 90 minutes and learn the basics of self defence.

This workshop will have you feeling confident to handle interactions with aggressive people, will show you the signs to look for in a situation before it becomes unsafe and how to get out of it.

The workshop is for every woman who wants to increase her street smarts and awareness to protect herself and those around her.
