Build confidence, learn practical skills, and connect with other local women in a warm, welcoming class designed especially for beginners; led by Master Alan Lau, who brings over 30 years of martial arts and self-defence experience.
Our self-defence workshop is grounded in a trauma-informed, holistic and feminist approach; focusing on creating a safe, supportive space rather than stress or fear. You’ll learn easy break-away techniques, how to stay aware in different situations, set clear boundaries, and support others safely. Walk away feeling stronger, more confident, and more prepared in everyday life
Who can attend: Open to women and girls of all ages, with all fitness levels welcome.
