Women's Trauma Informed Somatic Circle Cairns
I combine somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and intuitive facilitation to guide women back to a place of safety within themselves. I bring together guided orientation of yourself into the space we share, together with a space for deep listening to create a space from which we can start to build a sense of safety within self that feels both gentle and empowering.
What This Circle Offers:
A safe container — We begin by grounding together, setting boundaries, and creating agreements that honor every woman’s pace.
Somatic practices — guided awareness into your body to rebuild a felt sense of safety.
Body listening — Learning to recognize your body’s cues and respond with compassion rather than judgment.
Connection without pressure — Sharing is always optional; listening and presence are equally valued.
Integration time — Space at the end to anchor your experience so you can carry the sense of safety into daily life.

Bit about me: My name is Sheetal Mistry and I am a Somatic therapist, based in Cairns.
If you want to tap into your body's wisdom further, there will be an suggestion to somatically process a VERY small trigger that you may have experienced recently. As with all the practices in the session- they all will be suggestions that you have full choice to say yes or no to without judgement.
