🧘‍♀️Gentle and grounding yoga with mindful breathing and meditation.

9:30am Group Ayurvedic Session with Jacq

💖Learn about your unique constitution and how to flow with the seasons to cleanse and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Discover how to reduce inflammation, alleviate aches and pains, strengthen you gut, shed any winter belly, and move into Spring feeling great!
