A One-Day Immersion for Women: Returning to the Wisdom of the Womb
Join us for a nourishing and informative day designed to support women in reconnecting with your sensual self.
This workshop is an invitation to come home to your body through the lens of education, embodiment, and gentle ritual.
Together, we will explore the anatomy and physiology of the female pelvis, learn practical tools for pelvic health, and engage in practices that honour the wisdom of water, earth, and the cycles within.
The day will include guided meditation, sound healing, breathwork, and nurturing rituals such as yoni steaming, devotional foot baths and clay masks, all designed to support your body’s natural rhythm and reconnection.
This is a space to soften, learn, and remember. A space where your pelvic bowl is recognised as both a foundation of wellbeing and a sacred center of pleasure and power.
