Women’s Wellness Annual Retreat

The Mind Connections Foundation is delighted to host the third Annual retreat at the beautiful accommodation on the breathtaking beachfront of North Avoca. The Director Board invite women from all walks of life to participate and experience the Wellness, Relaxation and Mindful moments, a treat to combat modern day stress.  

This retreat is not just an event but a transformative experience designed to nurture, empower, and rejuvenate women from all walks of life. We have meticulously curated a weekend filled with mindful activities, wellness workshops, and opportunities for personal growth, all set against the serene backdrop of the ocean.

The Bedding Configuration
On the top Level
Master bedroom: King bed (1 & 2/12), cot, ensuite, massive walk-in robe, ducted air conditioning

The Middle Level
a) Entertaining area with dining, living and kitchen areas that capture the fantastic beachfront views. There is a gas-operated fireplace, and although the home has air conditioning, this living area beautifully captures the natural sea breezes when opened to the veranda.
 b) The dining area opens onto a deck with an outdoor setting and barbecue.
c) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (3 & 4/12), ducted air conditioner with a cot for the bubs.
d) Bedroom 3: 2 king singles (5 & 6/12) with a trundle bed (7/12).
e) Three bathrooms.

The Lower Level
a) Bedroom 4: Queen Bed (8 & 9/12), separate entrance, with television unit and bathroom.
b) Games room: Queen Bed (10 & 11/12) + single bed (12/12), pool table, ping pong table.
c) Generous-sized balcony
