Event Overview:

A Day Dedicated Entirely to You, your health, happiness, and holistic wellbeing.

Join us on Sunday, 15th September, as we explore the many facets of wellness, from nourishing your body to calming your mind. This serves as an opportunity to step away from the hustle, reconnect with yourself, and be inspired by a community of incredible women.

Gua Sha // Journal // Movement

What to Expect:

Guided Journaling Session:
Engage in self-reflection through guided journaling exercises. Elle from OHTI will help you explore your thoughts, set intentions, and embrace mindfulness in your daily life.

Join Elle, (M. Counselling)  for a self-care session where we’ll delve into the practices that nurture your wellbeing. This guided session invites you to reflect on what’s currently serving you, express gratitude for it, and realign your focus for what is not. Through journaling prompts, we’ll explore the highs, lows, and in-betweens of life, offering a space for reflection, whether you’re new to self-care or looking to refine your practice, this session is designed to support your journey.

Gua Sha Workshop:
Join Hannah from The Lab to discover the ancient art of Gua Sha, a traditional Chinese practice that promotes lymphatic drainage, reduces puffiness, and enhances your natural glow.

Daily gua sha practice can also profoundly enhance self-confidence by fostering a sense of empowerment and personal growth. This self-care ritual cultivates mindfulness and self-awareness, deepening your connection with your body and promoting self-acceptance. The consistency required for gua sha builds resilience and patience, reinforcing a positive feedback loop where physical improvements translate into greater self-esteem. Setting intentions during the practice and celebrating small achievements further bolster your confidence. Overall, gua sha supports a harmonious mind-body connection, leading to a more grounded and confident self-image.

Hannah will guide you through the process and explore the many benefits of this daily practise, offering individual strategies that can be implemented long term. Each participant will receive a Gua Sha tool to take home.

Movement Session:
Join Tee from Form Organica for a movement ritual that goes beyond the physical, focusing on the mind and breath to cultivate a deeper connection to self. Indulge in a mind-body-spirit practice of Yin Yoga, enriched with meditation and breath work to calm the nervous system and enhance mindfulness.

Yin Yoga emphasises passive, long-held poses that target the deeper connective tissues—ligaments, joints, and fascia. Through these extended, floor-based poses, you’ll be encouraged to embrace stillness and surrender in both body and mind. Our goal is to nurture your inner peace by equipping you with practical mindfulness tools to integrate into your daily wellness.

Come as you are, and please bring a pillow for support during your practice.
