  Passionate about recognising and growing human potential in organisations, Nikki is a pioneer for creating inclusive and high performing teams in the Future of Work supported by her background as an experienced HR leader, Positive Psychology practitioner, and now tech startup founder. She has also been recognised as the most influential CEO for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year, and Startup Woman of the Year. • Jodie Imam, Co-Founder and CEO at Tractor Ventures
  Jodie is passionate about helping tech businesses start and grow. Jodie is an angel investor, advisor and non executive director. Previously, she cofounded two-sided marketplace, Occasional Butler, which was acquired by Airtasker and depo8 coworking. Jodie also led the SBE Australia not for profit that accelerates women led business, the startup team at the Wade Institute, Innovation Bay in Melbourne, and Fashion label Leona Edmiston.
  
• Sheree Andersen, Co-Founder of Elliephant
  Sheree leads Elliphant, a B2B Gift Intelligence Solution built for organisations to gift at scale to prospects, customers and employees. She is a self-motivated and ambitious professional with extensive project based, in-house and consulting abilities developed over 20 years in Australia and the UK. With a strong mix of HR and IT experience her passion lies in joining both of these industries together. Through her experience, she has strong project management, stakeholder engagement and client focus, including end to end delivery skills gained from exposure to a broad range of industry sectors.
