Women Self Love Immersion - A Breathwork Journey to connect deeply with your Heart

Women's Self Love Immersion -  3.5 hour Journey to Inner Peace and Happiness with Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony

Join a beautiful Women's Self Love Immersion where we will dive deep into our hearts with a full breathwork session and cacao ceremony.

Surrounded by like minded women in a small group setting, you will have a morning of Self Love and Self Discovery.

Throughout the morning we will be doing authentic relating, activities, sharing if you choose with no judgement , a meditation , Cacao Ceremony,  before going on a full breathwork journey and lastly you'll have time to share or journal.

No prior breathwork experience is required, you will be fully guided and supported. This is a beautiful small group setting for those who have never experienced breathwork before and also for those who have done breathwork.

I use a beautiful somatic breathwork technique of concious connected breath. Which is a holistic approach used to Reduce Stress, For Trauma Healing, Increase Body Awareness, Emotional Release , Improve Resilience, Enhance Mental Clarity and to Support Personal Growth.

Please wear something comfortable, bring along a blanket, a water bottle, a  journal,  pen and an open mind. Everything else is provided.

Places are very limited as it's a small group setting so please book early.

Event will be held in Quinn's Rocks , address will be provided once booked. Age is 18+ due to breathwork journey.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, high glaucoma, retinal detachment, uncontrolled high blood pressure, significant recent physical injury, severe mental illness, seizure disorders or persons using major medication.
