Event description

Warrior's Way Falling & Commitment Clinic

We're running the first Falling & Commitment clinic in this country!

Using the Warrior’s Way technique, we will teach you how to focus attention under stress, which allows you to better deal with doubts and improve commitment. This clinic develops skills by practicing exercises in falling, awareness, movement, breathing and resting. All learned skills will be applied to a challenging route during the clinic. The take-away is a structured method for engaging risk with diminished fear.

This clinic will run on top-rope at White Rocks.

Please note pre-requisites for this clinic listed in this Info Pack, as it's important for us to ensure that you are set-up for success. Read the info pack thoroughly before you sign up. If you are unsure if this is for you, please email Jo womenuprisingaus@gmail.com to discuss. 8 Nov update: We are moving the clinic to White Rock, so climbing pre-requisites is now at 15 instead of 18.

Rego closes 6 November.
