A small group personal training program that empowers women with an introduction to weight lifting.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Learn the correct techniques of Squats, Bench Press, Deadlift, Rows and their variations utilizing Barbells, Dumbbells, and Kettlebells. Each person has unique body mechanics, learn how to lift for your body type.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Suitable for women over 16 years who train regularly and would like to learn correct weight lifting technique by a qualified trainer.
*You do not need to be a current member to register for this program.

$103.00 for the 4 week program. Maximum 4 participants.
