Join us for an evening of sisterhood, softness, and deep nourishment. Together we'll slow down, feel, move, and awaken the feminine power that already lives within you, in a safe, held space created just for women.

What we'll share:

🪷 Blue lotus flower tea: A calming, ancient flower brew, traditionally honored for softening the mind and deepening relaxation, shared before our journey inward.

🌬️ Breathwork: Gentle, womb-centered breathing to calm the mind and drop into the body.

💃 Feminine embodiment movement: Flowing, intuitive movement to release tension and reconnect with your natural rhythm. No dance experience needed.

🔔 Healing sound & guided meditation: Awakening Your Feminine Power. Lie back, wrapped in blankets, while singing bowls and soothing sounds carry you into deep rest. Through a guided journey, you'll reconnect with your intuition, your voice, and the light within you.

Who it's for:
Any woman who feels called to pause, connect, and be nurtured. Beginners are warmly welcome, and you never have to share or do anything that doesn't feel right.

What to bring:
Comfortable clothes you can move in, a water bottle, a journal, and an open heart. Mats, blankets, and cushions are provided.

Please note:
Blue lotus has gentle relaxing effects. Please avoid alcohol beforehand, and don't drive straight after the circle if you feel very relaxed.
