Description

A Women’s Wellbeing and Empowerment Workshop

Moving to a new country can be exciting, but it can also bring challenges—adjusting to a different culture, communicating in another language, feeling isolated, carrying family responsibilities, and finding a sense of belonging.

This event is a warm and supportive workshop for women who have moved to New Zealand and are making a new place their home. Together, we’ll explore:

  • Emotional wellbeing and resilience

  • Confidence and self-expression

  • Identity and belonging

  • Communication and healthy boundaries

  • Self-care and personal empowerment

  • Building meaningful connections

The workshop will include relaxed group conversations, practical tools, and reflective activities in a welcoming and culturally inclusive space.
