This monthly Women’s Drum Circle seeks to create a safe community for women to come together and simply be themselves. We will laugh, may cry, some of us may simply be quiet even in the midst of drumming. Rhythm and music is what will join us together. NO MUSIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Instruments will be provided, but if you have your own drum or other instrument, you are welcome to bring it.

If you are new to Drumming and Drum Circles, plan to arrive a few minutes early for brief instruction on how to play the drum to get the best sound and not hurt yourself.

This is a smoke and alcohol-free environment.

FAQs

Do I have to know how to play the drum or any instrument?
- NO. A Great thing about a facilitated drum circle is that NO MUSIC EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. You'll be shown how to play your instrument and then create whatever sounds you'd like as we make music together.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
- Studio H is located between Harper's Barbershop & Express Employment Professionals. There is a parking lot available with ample parking.
What can I bring into the event?
- You are welcome to bring your own drum but NOT required as instruments will be provided.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
- Yes. Contact us to let us know who will be attending in your place.
What if I have to cancel?
- A full refund is offered if you cancel up to 7:00 pm the day before the Drum Circle. No-shows are not refunded. Please note the organizer is covering 75% of the processing fees are not reimbursed if attendees cancel.
Why am I paying a processing fee?
- M3 Music Therapy is splitting the cost of the processing fees with you. We are covering 75% of the processing fees and you are covering 25%.
- These will not be refunded for either party so please consider transferring your registration.
Who is Humanitix?
- Humanitix, is the online ticketing platform M3 Music Therapy utilizes. It is a non-profit organization (registered 501C3). They donate 100% of profits from booking fees to fund education projects for the world's most disadvantaged children to close the global education gap.

REFUND POLICY:

Full refund available 1 day prior to the event.
If you have to cancel within 24 hours reach out to M3 Music Therapy and a refund will be issued OR transfer your registration to another Women’s Drum Circle.
No refunds for No Shows - registrant does not attend AND does not notify host before 7:00 pm
Processing fees will not be refunded for either party. If you think you can attend a future Women’s Drum Circle simply ask for your order to be transferred and to what date.

COVID Precautions:

We are in a smallish space for these drum circles and the 3-6 foot social distancing will not be possible if at capacity. If you are not feeling well, please stay home. If you need to cancel see the cancellation policy above. You also have the option to join the drum circle virtually if you cannot attend in person. Let the host know of the change.

Mask wearing:

Is Optional if Beaver county is at a medium or low community level.
Is Required if Beaver county is at a High Community level.
Most importantly, DO NOT attend if you are feeling unwell.
