About your Facilitator:

Michelle is a certified Dancing Freedom facilitator with over five years of experience creating safe and nurturing spaces for transformational healing through expressive movement. Her sessions invite participants to explore and release stagnant emotions, trauma, and stress held within the body, guiding them through a holistic journey of self-discovery using the Dancing Freedom framework.

Drawing on her deep understanding of how movement can reconnect people to their bodies and the natural world, Michelle integrates the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether into her work. Each element serves as a pathway for participants to deepen their connection to their bodies, emotions, and potential for growth and healing.

Passionate about fostering community, Michelle has developed and facilitated programs like Mindful Movement and Women’s Freedom Dance to support women in rural areas. She is widely recognised for her calm, kind, and empathetic presence, as well as her ability to hold space for deep emotional work within a supportive and non-judgemental environment.

In her Dancing Freedom classes, Michelle creates an atmosphere where participants feel safe to express their authentic selves, reconnect with their bodies, and experience joy and liberation through movement. Her inclusive and gentle approach ensures her classes are accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds, earning her heartfelt praise from those who have participated.
