     Rhythm and Rhyme--------Streeeeeetching to music and song 

     Bike ride------21km Kumara to Karoro on the Wilderness Trail

     Walk or Run---4km Karoro to Blaketown on the beautiful Coastal Pathway

     BBQ-------------0km at the Blaketown Rugby Club

      All or None.......It's about having fun and helping West Coasters
