Rest & Release 2026 - Womens Half Day Retreat
Description
REST & RELEASE 2026
A Women's Half-Day Retreat
A sacred pause to soften, exhale and return to yourself before the holidays.
When was the last time you truly rested without guilt? Had a moment devoted entirely to you? Let your guard down, release what you’ve been carrying and simply be?
No responsibilities. No performance. Just a few precious hours to slow down, feel deeply and replenish yourself.
Your host, Erin Ricketts is a holistic kinesiologist and breathwork facilitator with over 13 years of clinical experience supporting emotional wellbeing, stress release and holistic health. She believes the constant demands of modern life, sensory overload, emotional labour and the pressure to hold everything together can leave us quietly depleted. Through her work, Erin creates nurturing spaces for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves and experience deeper rest, emotional release and restoration.
REST & RELEASE is an intimate, nurturing retreat for women ready to put down the weight of the world, reconnect with themselves and experience a deeper kind of rest.
In a beautiful, cosy healing studio near Manly Beach, you’ll be welcomed into a space where you can exhale, let go and receive. Through guided breathwork, emotional release, creative expression and deeply restorative practices, we’ll create room for what has been waiting to be felt, expressed and released.
Explore the seven types of rest, quiet the mental chatter, soften accumulated tension and reconnect with the parts of yourself that can get lost in the busyness of everyday life.
There will be beautiful teas and nourishing refreshments, gentle connection, soulful reflection and the simple luxury of having everything taken care of for you.
THIS SPACE IS FOR YOU IF…
You’ve been feeling mentally overloaded, emotionally stretched, overstimulated or disconnected from yourself. You’ve been giving so much to work, family and everyone around you that your own needs have slipped to the bottom of the list. Or perhaps you’re simply tired and longing for a moment to breathe.
You don’t need to arrive feeling calm, know how to meditate or be good at journaling or art. You don’t need to have anything figured out.
Just come as you are.
Let yourself be held. Give yourself permission to soften. Leave with more space to breathe, feel and simply be yourself again.
