Women's Legal Service Queensland (WLSQ) presents a free legal Workshop for community service providers in the South Burnett region.
Workshop Content:
This workshop explores the legal process and considerations post separation in Queensland, utilising a case study to illustrate each step.
This full day workshop explores the key steps individuals may need to take after separation, with a focus on:
Recognising Domestic and Family Violence behaviours
Safety planning
Financial exit planning
Financial assistance
Parenting agreements
Property settlement
Filing for divorce
Designed for service providers and community workers, the workshop equips attendees with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently assist clients through this complex and often challenging period.
