Discover the empowering world of Women's Self-Defence at Training Grounds, with our fun and inclusive classes, exclusively designed for women.

Regardless of your fighting experience or fitness level, our goal is to impart practical and effective self defence techniques in our classes, which are suitable for all abilities and ages.

Throughout the sessions, we'll offer you a combination of simple and effective Martial Arts techniques, and you'll acquire essential tools to confidently counter common attacks targeting women.

Our monthly sessions will cover diverse topics such as:

- Recognising warning signs & tapping into your intuition,

- De-escalation strategies & distance control,

- Grab and Strike defence from both standing and the ground,

- Efficient methods to break free from grabs and other defence scenarios... and much much more!

We then use our unique LIVE SCENARIO DRILLS! to bring these techniques together, allowing you to work in a pressure situation to defend against an attacker (it's fun, we promise!)

Every session will offer something new, which is ideal for those looking to continue their training, and our groups are small, inclusive and we keep it light (even if the topic is a heavy one).
