Womens Sensual Movement Series Vol. 2

Summery Sunsets- Wednesdays in November, 7-8:30pm at the Denmark Dance Company.

Lets pick up where we left off last round and dive in deeper. For those that are coming along for the first time- welcome.

A safely held space to explore and cultivate those deep lines of connection between body and expression through sensation and movement. These classes are experiential and about your experience and sensation, it is not about choreography or learning moves. This is not your typical 'sexy dance class' but is focused on building presence and a rootedness in yourself as a woman and moving from that place within yourself.

Dates: 5/11, 12/11, 19/11, 26/11, 3/12

Price: $125 ($115 Earlybird) for the 5 class series (RECOMMENDED), $30 on the door for a drop in class (please message Myla 0455 411 238 if intending to come).

Who: All women welcome (16yo +), no prerequisites or dance experience necessary. Come dance with the body that you are.

Wear: Comfy clothes that you feel unhindered by (ie. can roll on the floor or wont bother you by riding up etc).

Where: Denmark Dance Company

Each week will deepen and build on the previous and you will be sent an audio recording of an embodiment practice to explore throughout the week after each class.
