Women's Sensual, Spiritual, Sexual - Awakening your whole self!
As women in the world, we often competing with everyone else's priorities - leaving us to last. We just keep going, ignore our body's, minds and souls calling for slow, connection, presence. When asked what do we desire often we don't know because we don't have or allow the time to seek an answer.
Do you find yourself saying "I want to be more feminine, if only I knew what that was" and trying to fit the moulds and masks that society has for you. This work allows you space to discover, integrate and be all of your true self with no apologies, no drama an acceptance of self beyond the illusions. Take the journey home to you.
This workshop is all women drawn to ending the war with themselves and cultivating a sense of space, nurturing, connection, self love, openness and living as an authentic being.
- Build trust and safety in your body, these bring openness, curiousity and creativity for healing and transformation
- Learn about your anatomy, how it works and how to make it work for you.
- Connect with your yoni and womb, for wisdom, intuition, gratitude and integration.
- Get to know your nervous system and techniques to bring it to regulation and harmony.
- Where to begin and continue with your pleasure, desire and intimacy.
- Discover the ways your body speaks to you and what your soul is calling for.
- Become aware of the places you have numbed, disconnected and hidden from.
- Learn techniques for deep listening to your innate wisdom and creativity.
- Create space in your being for a greater self knowledge and power.
- Connect with other women and hear their stories - listening to stories is how we heal the collective.
This is a day for you to be seen, heard and expressed as you truly are.
