Empowering females to take up space in the weights area, learn new skills and build a community of confident strong females.

A place where complete newbies and lifting enthusiasts can meet to build friendships and workout. This is as much about strength training as about creating strong female friendships.

Class starts at 10am, we will provide all necessary equipment needed. We can't wait to see you there!
