Say Yes to You – Celebrate, Connect, Prioritise You

Join us for a free, feel-good event dedicated to supporting and celebrating women’s health and wellbeing, held as part of Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week. This year’s theme, ‘Say Yes to You’, encourages all women to check in, speak up, and put their wellbeing first.

You’ll find a vibrant, welcoming space for women of all ages and backgrounds to connect, learn, and recharge. Explore a variety of local health and wellbeing services, hear from inspiring guest speakers, and walk away with practical tools to support your physical, mental and emotional health.
