Women's Wellbeing Day.

A FREE event focussing on women's general health and mental health & wellbeing.

The program includes interesting and motivational speakers, information, activities, pampering, health checks and more. Our aim is to create an event where women can relax, reset and be inspired.

Be engaged and educated by inspiring speakers, connect with local service providers, be pampered, enjoy craft and mindfulness activities, and treat yourself to a delicious lunch.

Doors Open 10am for a 10:30am start.
