This interactive workshop event is aimed at bringing you a wide array of knowledge on wellness from many areas of life ~ and furnish you with fun, easy tools to help your ( and your family's ) wellness in simple, practical and visible ways.
Set over a morning, there'll be presentations. We'll enjoy small breaks between each presenter, enjoy guided group exercises, and a chance to meet 1:1 with them.
