A day for women to nourish, pause, purify, connect, rest, reset and honour the cycles and seasons.

Morning -  Kriya Yoga practice cultivating stillness followed by ancient ritual honouring and purifying the elements.

Organic plant based lunch

Afternoon - Sacred Fire Ceremony gathering intensity around our intention for the season to come, to create from this place.
