Women's Wrench Night
Event description
This one's for the girls! Rising Sun Workshop is offering Women's only Wrench Nights, a workshop class based around motorcycles and designed to share knowledge and invite more women into our workshop space. This is a great opportunity to get your hands dirty, learn something new, and share your experience with like minded people.
Ticket price includes a glass of wine or beer [non alcoholic drinks also available], and some shared snacks from our team of talented chefs!
COURSE OUTLINE:
- Tools and equipment in a workshop space
- Basic combustion engines
- Tyres and tyre pressures
- Brakes and how they work
- Engine oil and filters
- How to use mechanical advantage
- Coolant and it's purpose
- General automotive maintenance
This is a one of a kind workshop class and social event held in our DIY workshop, just for Women of all ages.
We are accepting bookings as a group [6 tickets] or individually to join a class with new friends. Tickets and times depend on availability for each event.
