Any instruments (shakers, rattles, hand drums, etc)

Any items (flowers, photos, crystals, etc) to place on the central altar

Your reusable water bottle

a cushion/blanket/ yoga mat to sit on

Flower arranging with intention and love

Open with a prayer, setting and stating our intention

Sing songs in call and response tradition

Invitation for individual song shares

Cacao prayer (herbal tea infusions will also be available)
