This is not just an end-of-year gathering.

It is a place to connect, build meaningful networks, lift others up and be part of the action creating positive change across our industries.

In just 12 months across the country, WomenTHAT has grown into a movement. We have launched communities in multiple states, brought together leaders and emerging talent, created new connections and opportunities, engaged allies and started taking the collective voice of our community into the rooms where change can happen.

And we are only getting started.

This is our second gathering as a movement in Victoria, and this one has been shaped by you. You told us what mattered most, and this event is built around exactly that.

Join us in Melbourne as we celebrate an incredible year and look towards what is possible in 2027 and beyond.

Throughout the evening, you will hear from inspiring voices from across our industries, make new connections and perhaps take away an idea, an introduction or a little inspiration that shapes what you do next.

Most importantly, this is about community and action.

WomenTHAT exists to create a unified voice that inspires and unlocks opportunity for all women across Travel, Hospitality, Accommodation, Tourism and Events through collaboration, allyship, connection and advocacy, because when women succeed, our entire industry is stronger.

We welcome everyone.

Allyship is critically important to the change we want to create, and we encourage women and allies from across our industries to join us.

WomenTHAT is proudly volunteer-led and community-powered. Every person who attends, shares an idea, makes an introduction, supports someone else or takes action helps build this movement.
