Woodburnia 5

After a year to reset and reimagine, Woodburnia returns for a final dance. February 11-14, 2027. Amongst the shadows of the ancient rainforrest where music, art & community converge, we would love to invite you to join us.

For this final spin we have intentionally focused on local artists, pillars of the scene & those who have helped shape our creative spaces for the better.

Quiet Camping Spaces - select this option when purchasing a ticket.

We will have a quiet camping space available on site this year. Located 400m away from the stages these sites are located further down the creek and are desirable if you want to get some good rest without the chaos of the main stage rattling yoour tent poles. The quiet campsite is a peacefull & picturesque space for those planning on taking it a bit easier.

Thursday Entry

We encourage you to get up to the site a day early and explore the beautiful walking trails, swim in the creek or simply call dibs on the best camping spot - Thursday entry passes will be available Wednesday the 17th of November along with the general release tickets. These tickets will be $50. Please note, each person requires one of these tickets if choosing to camp on Thursday night (11th of February).

Car Pass Tickets

Car Pass tickets will also be available via the same link. We strongly encourage carpooling to Woodburnia 5 in order to best protect the site and the environment within it. Additionally, as we are expecting more attendees than last year, camping next to your car may not be possible for all attendees. Overflow parking will be available in this instance, however, those parking in overflow areas will not be able to camp next to their car. Car pass tickets will be $30 and are only required per vehicle, not per person.

Location:

The event will be held on private property in the Northern NSW hinterland. Location & directions will be emailed to ticket holders the week before the event.

Refund Policy

In the event of extreme weather events causing a cancellation of Woodburnia 5 in the lead up to the event, we will be implementing a refund policy whereby 85% of the ticket cost will be refunded to patrons. The remaining 15% will be used solely to pay for upfront costs already expended by organisers. We hope you understand our decision to do this. Please note, we do not offer refunds in the event you are unable to attend Woodburnia 5. However, resale ticketing services will be available through Tixel at a later date.

Risk Warning

By attending Woodburnia 5, you are acknowledging that you have both read and have familiarised yourself with the information in this email and agree to abide by all of our policies. Woodburnia 5 is a recreational activity involving various risks. 

These risks include a single-lane and windy unsealed road up to the campsite, cars moving around the campsite, wildlife, bodies of water, falling branches, sharp drop-offs around the dance floor & around the event site, tripping hazards such as uneven ground and cables, theft of belongings, and any other risks associated with camping and outdoor music events. 

By attending Woodburnia 5, you acknowledge that you understand these risks, and absolve the organisers and landowner of any and all liability for any injuries or loss.
