Wooden Boat Festival aboard Adventuress: Sail By, Sunday, Sept. 8

Adventuress will join the fleet of classic wooden boats attending the Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival as the final event of the weekend in a traditional “Sail By” where both sail and motor vessels parade through the waters of Port Townsend Bay. This event is a highlight of the festival and provides an opportunity for participants to see a wide variety of wooden boats in action on the water. The event is both a celebration of maritime heritage and community spirit.

Step aboard the 106-year-old, fully restored schooner for a hands-on sail on Port Townsend Bay. Experience the joy of sailing this beautiful B.B Crowninshield-designed, Rice Brothers-built schooner operated by Sound Experience. Space is limited.
