Join us for a mindful and creative workshop where you will transform very thin off-cuts of upcycled timber into your own beautiful star or feather wooden wall hanging!

In this class, you will be working with left overs of upcycled timber from other projects to make a sustainable and unique artwork.  This is a lovely activity to do with friends, with a gorgeous end result! 

When: Saturday 27 July, 2 pm - 4 pm 

Where: Waiōrea Community Recycling Centre, Pū Mātauranga- Education Hub, 990 Great North Road,Western Springs.

All participants must wear covered shoes and non-flowing clothing (tight-ish!). 

Please note that you need to arrive at this workshop for the beginning of class and the health and safety briefing to be able to take part in the rest of the class.

The workshop will provide the following

  • Health and Safety Briefing
  • Personal attention where required

* Please note children are not able to attend with parents due to health and safety requirements.
