Perth's staple poet of the port, Saoirse Nash of Neon Readings, hosts an evening of open mic for word-lovers and poets alike. Bring a poem to share - your own, or a favourite. Everyone's welcome. 

Imagination, witty and soft words: Come listen and/or share with us!

Doors open at 6:30 pm. Refreshments available for purchase.

SAOIRSE NASH

Saoirse Nash is a performance poet, born and raised in rural Ireland but now living in Perth, Western Australia. She has featured at many gigs around the city as well as the 2017 National Young Writer’s Festival in Newcastle. Poetry is important to Saoirse not only as a form of catharsis but also as an act of protest.
