    Often as parents, we can feel like we're juggling a dozen balls all at once! Join Juliet for an insightful and practical webinar all about how we can try and bring some balance into our day-to-day lives!

    We'll take you through:

    • What work-life balance truly means and why it's essential for not just your wellbeing, but also that of your family,
    • Actionable and achievable strategies to help you manage your time effectively, prioritise tasks, and create a balanced daily routine,
    • How guilt affects our ability to find balance and learn ways to overcome it, enabling you to be more present and fulfilled both at work and at home,

      In addition to being a Mum of 3, Juliet has been working as a Social Worker for nearly 20 years supporting parents and caregivers in various contexts. Some of Juliet's work includes child protection, with foster carers and in physical and mental health. Throughout this session, Juliet will be drawing on all of this experience allowing her to talk about the real benefit brining some balance into our lives can have on not just our personal wellbeing, but that of our families too!
