Work Ready Kāpiti is proud to host our Annual Awards for 2024.

We would love for you to help us celebrate the year's successes, enjoy some refreshments, entertainment and guest speakers, and congratulate our programme participants.

Thursday 24th October 6pm-8pm at Southwards Theatre, Otaihanga, Kāpiti.

Kāpiti Youth Employment Foundation, commonly known as Work Ready Kāpiti (WRK) is an employer-driven charitable trust which was founded in 2018. We encourage Kāpiti youth aged 15 to 24 years old to gain and present evidence of both skills and experience this shows to employers that they're work-ready. Part of Work Ready Kāpiti is encouraging local businesses and employers to get involved by providing placement opportunities. This helps to open employers attitudes to hiring youths as well.
