Event description

In the contemporary business landscape, the integration of family-friendly workplace policies, including comprehensive child care access, stands as a critical determinant of organizational success and employee well-being. Recognizing this, Granite United Way is thrilled to collaborate with The Best Place for Working Parents for an insightful Lunch and Learn session designed specifically for business leaders across New Hampshire.

We cordially invite business leaders to join us in this engaging session, where we will:

  • Explore the latest research findings on how child care access and family-friendly policies influence employee recruitment and retention in New Hampshire.
  • Share compelling case studies from organizations that have successfully implemented these initiatives, demonstrating the tangible impact on their operations.
  • Engage participants in roundtable discussions to share their own experiences, challenges, and innovative solutions in integrating child care supports and family-friendly practices within their businesses.

Presented by: Nicole Heller, NH Fiscal Policy Institute, Elizabeth Diluzio and Emily Eliot, Behavioral Health Improvement Institute, and Joelyn Drennan, Granite United Way and Special Guest Speaker:  Sadie Funk, National Director, The Best Place for Working Parents

Join us to contribute to this important conversation and discover how your organization can benefit from fostering a more supportive, family-friendly work environment.

Registration is free. Lunch provided.
