#work_out_loud Design for the moment

Join Strategic Designer and Transition Leadership Lab facilitator, Susanna Carman, as she invites colleagues Dr Melis Senova and Dr Barbara Doran to explore:

• What time it is in the world,
• What time it is in Australia, and
• What time it is for each of ‘us' in our professional trajectories as leader-practitioners.

Susanna will host an informal discussion about the context and opportunities, with Q&A amongst attendees and the panel to follow. Expect some interactive provocation and play!

Bios
Susanna Carman is a Strategic Designer specialising in leadership, learning, design, and community building. She partners with consultancies and practitioners delivering transformation services in large-scale systems change contexts. Currently pursuing a PhD at UTS, her research explores the inner capacities that enable community thriving in a time of eco-social crisis. Her work unites creativity and leadership to inspire systemic change toward a sustainable future. 

Dr. Melis Senova is an recognised industry leader in systemic design and human-centred leadership, a published neuroscientist, entrepreneur, author and executive advisor. She is the co-founder of the strategic design firm Huddle, author of This Human and Design Character, and an advisor to many influential people, from change makers early in their career to heads-of-state. Her focus now is to bring a regenerative lens to systemic designing to help create futures that are healthy and supportive for all life on Earth. 

Dr Barbara Doran specialises in creative intelligence and transdisciplinary practice and is the course director for the UTS Creative Intelligence and Strategic Innovation program. Barbara specialises in identifying creative opportunities that respond to complex challenges and developing innovative strategies that can be put into action. She is an experienced speaker, mentor, educator, project innovator, and artist who directs her energies to building our collective capacities to improve how we live.
