THE LEAGUE OF INTRAPRENEURS
The League of Intrapreneurs is a global community of corporate and institutional change agents who believe that business has a role in getting us to a more prosperous tomorrow.
The League’s Theory of Change is rooted in the idea that our incumbent institutions have a role to play in creating a just, equitable and regenerative world. Intrapreneurs are innovators on the inside of these organizations who are harnessing their assets for positive systems change.
Beyond the innovative initiatives that intrapreneurs lead (the WHAT), we believe the transformative power is in HOW they lead, bringing their full humanity to work, reprogramming our institutions to serve people and planet (not the other way around).
Working from influential positions, intrapreneurs can ripple change throughout society and are natural allies for social entrepreneurs and other systems change agents. The League invests in four areas to enable intrapreneurs to accelerate the emergence of a new system:
• Courage to be bold and bring their full humanity to create the new in the face of pressure from the old system
• Action Learning to create space for deeper reflection and insights from peers to advance creative solutions to systemic challenges
• Relationships or critical connections based on trust to other actors in the system
• Storytelling to influence and open up new spheres of possibility by shifting the underlying narratives

MASTER OF DESIGN FUTURES (M*DF)
Many of the social, cultural, political and professional structures that support our communities have remained static and unchallenged for generations.
Our education, healthcare and primary production systems, our workplaces and our products need to keep up. We need design leaders, design strategists and design thinkers to dismantle these structures, and to dissect and solve some of our most complex problems.
Whether it’s rethinking the way remote communities access healthcare, creating a less risk-averse corporate culture or developing a more individualised education system, our world needs more innovative thinkers and communicators; people with the knowledge and skills to design our future.
