Description

We're reviewing the Workforce Capability Framework — and we want to hear from you!

WorkUP Queensland has engaged independent consultants Anoushka Dowling and Hannah Clifford to conduct a continuous improvement review of the Workforce Capability Framework and its supporting resources.

The review will explore how the Framework is being used across the DFV, sexual violence, and women's health and wellbeing sector, the impact it's having on workforce practice and capability, and whether it captures emerging issues — including coercive control, psychosocial hazards, and the changing role of technology in our work.

Every conversation matters. Whether you use the Framework daily or haven't picked it up yet, your perspective will shape its future.

This isn't an audit, and it isn't compliance-related – it is about continuing to strengthen the Framework and making sure it continues to serve you well.

We would love your input so please register and have your say!

Event Details:

Date: Tuesday, 22nd September 2026
