Javier is a mechanical engineer with a specialisation in manufacturing process controls

With 24 years of professional experience in the Water Heater and HVAC manufacturing processes, he has honed his expertise in project management, process controls, change management, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Continuous Improvement (CI). Throughout his career, he has held key roles such as Project Engineer, Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor, Project Engineering Manager, and Technical Engineering Manager. His journey has taken him across Rheem America and Rheem Australia, where he has consistently driven innovation and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Key Achievements:

  • Oversaw the installation and commissioning of new HVAC manufacturing plant
  • Led the implementation of a new manufacturing process for HVAC products
  • Managed a cross-functional team to successfully launch thousands of new Air conditioning Sku’s for Rheem America at a new facility
  • Spearheaded continuous improvement initiatives that improved overall equipment effectiveness
  • Developed and executed change management strategies that streamlined operations and reduced costs

Registrations are based on a "first come, first served" basis.
