Working Group | Building a Culture of Quality
Description
![]()
This working group will focus on:
Your influence as a Quality Leader extends far beyond compliance. It shapes culture, drives continuous improvement and creates the systems that deliver better outcomes for customers, employees and the business.
Join a select group of Quality Managers and Leaders for an interactive working group hosted by Zip. Through facilitated peer discussions, you'll gain practical insights from fellow manufacturing leaders, hear about Zip's quality journey and take part in an exclusive site tour.
Together, we'll explore:
Building a Culture of Quality – Creating ownership and accountability so quality becomes everyone's responsibility, not just the quality team's.
Driving Quality Improvement – Reducing customer complaints, strengthening CAPA and embedding effective root cause analysis to deliver sustainable improvements.
Leave with practical ideas, valuable peer connections and proven approaches you can take back to strengthen quality performance across your organisation.
