Maintenance Managers – Building a Values-Driven, Cohesive Team
Since stepping into the Maintenance Manager role at Delta Electricity, Brendan Neal has introduced a values-driven social contract with his team, creating clearer expectations around how people work together, communicate and support one another.
The result has been stronger team alignment, improved working relationships and better overall team performance.
During this event , Brendan will share the practical approach he has taken, what has worked, the lessons learned along the way, and how the team has responded.
We’ll also have an in-depth peer discussion on what it really takes to build a cohesive team working towards a common goal — the key elements that make it work, what commonly gets in the way, and what Maintenance Managers can do to strengthen team performance.
The visit will also provide an opportunity to see a power generation facility firsthand and strengthen connections with other Maintenance Managers across the IPA community.
