This working group will focus on the topic of post maintenance shutdown analysis.

You have had your maintenance shutdown and the plant is up and running.

There were some tough moments but overall a feeling of satisfaction abounds seeing the plant running again. Now what?

Do you do a post shutdown evaluation?

Is this common in your organisation?

What have you learnt in the past and improved on or are the same issues cropping up?

Is your confidence level and your teams increased that the next shut will run smoother than this one?

I wonder if another organisation handles it better than us?

These questions and more can be discussed at this working group meeting so come along and participate, maybe find that little nugget that will make your next maintenance shutdown be better than before.

      Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
