Event description
'What should I be working on? - Data driven decision making in Maintenance'
For a maintenance or reliability engineer, prioritising condition monitoring actions is an ongoing challenge.
The term ‘Analysis Paralysis’ comes to mind, and we often slip into the dangerous territory of ‘Run to Failure’ as an actuality, rather than a policy.
The collection and analysis of asset condition is a common topic where many solutions have been implemented to varying degrees of effectiveness.
So, what have you done?
And where are the roadblocks to stop you doing more?
In this workshop we will be discussing such topics as:
- How are you collecting your condition monitoring data across your assets?
- How are you compiling and analysing this information for best effect?
- What wins have you had?
- Where do you need help?
This workshop will have a guest presentation from John Nygaard, Regional Director I-care group. John’s presentation will be on ‘The collection and use of data to support your maintenance decisions’ and he will be available to answer any specific questions you have.
I-care helps businesses ‘Bridge the gap’ between what they know they should be doing, and what they are currently doing. With their powerful diagnostic tool I-care has been very busy working on projects across the globe and helping to bridge that gap.
Have you got a gap that needs bridging? Come along to this event and find a way forward.
