This working group will focus on systems for developing leadership capability

Let’s explore how organisation create leaders to tap into the full potential of their people?

There are skill elements associated with leadership.  These come from acquired knowledge and accumulated experiences.

Good leaders make a difference to the organisations culture, performance and wellbeing of the people.

During the session we will explore:

  • How does your organisation build the leadership capability within your business?
  • Do you have a clear outlined process of what is required and what training providers you will use?
  • What elements should be focussed on to create this capability and are they general or specific to your business?
  • What outcomes do you see from the education you provide?
  • Do you have a mentorship program to coach people as they face leadership challenges?

There is a lot to explore with this topic so let’s share our ideas and experiences so we can collectively get better.


Who should attend?
This event is ideal for People and Culture Leaders and Department Leaders

As a member of IPA you can register up to 2 people, subject to availability, to attend this event. This event is for IPA members only, there will be no public access to this event. 

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 2-days prior to event date. 
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis. 
There are no allocated seats with membership.
