Working with culturally and linguistically diverse teams in the home care sector - For team leaders and managers (online) - Oct 2023

Culturally responsive practice training is a reflective process that will help leaders gain an insight into their own culture, behaviour and work practices. It will build awareness on how leaders can play a role in creating safe and inclusive work environments and harness the power of diversity within their team members.
