Event description

We’ve teamed up with UC Wellbeing and Sculpt Pilates to bring you an energising Pilates session! Afterwards, we will also be hosting a delicious granola breakfast, thanks to Blue Frog Granola! Clean Collective has also kindly sponsored our event with energy drinks that everyone, no matter their lifestyle, taste or diet preferences can enjoy.

Join us for mindful movement that will help boost your mood, ease stress, and build strength, all while connecting with like-minded people in a supportive environment. Whether you’re new to pilates or a seasoned pro, this session is for all levels with Sculpt instructors offering exercise variations to suit different abilities.

We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space where all students feel supported and able to participate fully. Our mat pilates class is designed to be accessible to all bodies and abilities, and our trained instructors can tailor movements and provide modifications based on individual needs. Whether you are new to Pilates, managing an injury, or living with a disability, we will work with you to ensure you feel comfortable, safe, and empowered throughout the session.

If you have any specific accessibility requirements or would like to discuss how we can best support you during the class, please feel free to get in touch in advance. We are here to make this a positive experience for everyone.

Movement is a powerful tool for wellbeing, and we’re excited to help you build strong habits for both your body and mind. Prioritising movement like pilates, and breath work each day can transform your wellbeing by enhancing your mood, reducing stress, improving cognitive function, and strengthening your sense of community.

NOTE: By booking, you agree to cancel if you cannot attend. Spaces are limited, you must cancel and refund your ticket by Tuesday 9am if you cannot make the class, so someone from the waitlist can enjoy this event.
